2. Description of Service

Huewrite provides AI-powered text humanization services that transform AI-generated content into natural, human-like writing. The Service includes text processing, tone customization, and content management features.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content that is harmful, threatening, or discriminatory
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the humanization service. We do not claim ownership of your output content.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

7. Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with our Service. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Subscription Refunds: Subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, except when: (1) You have used no more than 10% of the credits allocated under the subscription; and (2) You request a refund within 1 day of the subscription becoming active.
• Subscription Renewals: Subscription renewals are fully non-refundable once the billing period has started. It is the user's responsibility to cancel their subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.
• Top-Up Credit Refunds: Unused top-up credit packages may be eligible for a refund within 1 day of purchase. Once any credits from a package have been consumed, the package becomes non-refundable.
• Technical Issues: If a technical failure on our platform prevents a successful humanization of your text, any credits consumed for that specific operation will be automatically or manually restored to your account.
• Exceptional Circumstances: We evaluate other refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to grant refunds at our sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
