Content Data

Text you submit for humanization is processed in real time. Where your plan includes history, the submitted text and its output are saved to your account automatically so that you can return to them, and documents you create are saved as you work. You can view and delete saved content at any time from your account, and deleting your account removes it.

What we do not do with your content

We do not use the text you submit, or the output produced from it, to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop AI models. We do not sell your content, and we do not share it with third parties for their own model training or advertising purposes.

Our staff do not read your content in the ordinary course. Access is limited to what is necessary to respond to a support request you have raised, or to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or a violation of our Terms of Service.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers who assist in operating our platform, including the AI infrastructure providers that perform the text processing. These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your content for their own purposes, including model training.
• Payment processors for subscription billing
• Analytics providers, limited to aggregated usage and device information — never the content you submit
• Law enforcement when required by law

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Saved text history is retained until you delete it. After account deletion, we may retain certain data for up to 30 days for backup purposes.
